Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

  1. Validity:

    • This gift voucher is valid for use at Violet Andronis: Electrologist & Skin Therapist only.
    • The validity period of this voucher is 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
    • Expired vouchers will not be honored or extended.

  2. Redemption:

    • This voucher is redeemable for products or services offered by Violet Andronis: Electrologist & Skin Therapist up to the value stated on the voucher.
    • Gift Cards purchased online are exclusively usable for purchases made through our online store and cannot be utilized for in-store treatments.
    • Gift Vouchers obtained in-store are applicable solely towards salon treatments/services and cannot be redeemed for retail products.
    • If you prefer the option of adding a credit to your in-store account, you can then use it towards in-store treatments or retail products. If you wish to proceed with an account credit please contact the salon on 02 9707 3718.
    • No change or credit will be given for unused portions of the voucher.
    • The voucher must be presented at the time of redemption.

  3. Restrictions:

    • This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift vouchers.
    • Only one voucher can be used per transaction.
    • Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

  4. Usage:

    • The voucher cannot be resold or transferred for value.
    • Any attempt to modify, counterfeit, or reproduce the voucher may result in legal action.

  5. Cancellation:

    • Once issued, vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded except where required by law.

  6. Liability:

    • Violet Andronis: Electrologist & Skin Therapist shall not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
    • Violet Andronis: Electrologist & Skin Therapist reserves the right to refuse any voucher that has been tampered with or altered.

  7. Modification:

    • Violet Andronis: Electrologist & Skin Therapist reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
