Reservations
To obtain your preferred appointment day and time, we kindly ask that you book in advance. We will always do our best to accommodate your schedule, however, in instances where we cannot, you will be added to our waitlist, which is checked daily if cancellations occur. To secure your appointment, we do require a booking deposit.
Cancellations and Booking Fees
However, whilst we would like to remain lenient, over time last minute cancellations have had a significant impact to our business. After careful consideration, we have made the decision to adjust and reinstate our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy Terms
Card details and a booking deposit are required at the time of booking to secure all appointments. All booking deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your booking within 48 hours' of your appointment, or are absent at the time of your appointment, you will incur the full treatment fee.
Please note our cancellation policy is communicated to you at the time of making your appointment. It is also mentioned in your confirmation message which is sent out 72 hours prior to your appointment. Where less than 48 hours’ notice is provided for cancellations the full value of your treatment will be charged to your nominated card.
